An application fee of $59.66 is required for each occupant over the age of 18, and there is a $500 security deposit.

Pet Policy

Windsor at Dogpatch is a pet-friendly community that accepts up to two pets per home. There is a $500 pet deposit and a $75 monthly pet rent, per pet. 

Breed restrictions apply. NO Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Shar Peis, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf Hybrids or any variation or mixes of these breeds. All breeds and pets must be approved by property management.
