Excellent all-around, very friendly front office staff.

Modern, clean, industrial lofts in stunning architecture. Friendly staff and great amenities. Living along the iconic Tubbs ropewalk is a joy to wake up to every day, it's very clean and well maintained. It's been fantastic so far! All my maintenance issues have been dealt with really quickly and professionally by Gilbert - he goes out of his way to educate me on the hardware involved too. All the leasing office staff have been great about dealing with some minor package receiving issues.

At Windsor at Dogpatch, you get value for what you pay for.

This is a beautiful building, and I love that I cannot hear my neighbors through the walls. Everything is clean, and the management staff have all been very friendly. I'm really looking forward to enjoying some building amenities (gym, rooftop, community spaces) and neighborhood gems once the shelter-in-place orders are lifted in SF. I'm already in love with the Luxer One lockers for package deliveries and the large windows in the apartment which allow ample sunlight and warmth into the home. I recommend this building if you want a modern, clean environment with plenty of amenities in a cool neighborhood.

Accommodating, responsive and very helpful staff - maintenance and office. Apartments have quality fixtures in them and the place is overall efficiently run.

Contributes to community and neighborhood diversity by participating in on-site Below Market Rental program option instead of other site 100% affordable units or payment into San Franciscos housing fund. In the BMR program, junior one bedroom units are classified and priced as studios. Management and Maintenance are quick to respond and complete repairs. Friendly staff. Community has Quiet Time policy 10 pm to 8 am so everyone can sleep uninterrupted. Mostly quiet even during the day and while being a family- friendly building with lots of kids.

Winsor Dogpatch is conveniently located, reasonably priced and has a great management team who work hard to make it home!
